Conditions

General conditions for Floorball-shop.eu, located Griftstraat 47b, Utrecht, Netherlands.
Valid from January 1, 2009.

1. Placing an order

Every person over 18 years of age and every legal company or organization can place an order, by selecting items from our on-line Catalogue, filling in the Shopping form, choosing a Payment method and clicking the 'Send' button. As soon as the customer has clicked the 'Send' button, the order is done.

2. Handling the order

As soon as we have received your order, we will check the availability of the selected items and send you a confirmation with the expected delivery. We will start processing your order as soon as we have received your payment and/or confirmation. Floorball-shop.eu may always refuse an order.

3. Sending your order

As soon as your order is complete and all other requirements have been fulfilled, we will ship your order through regular international mail ('standard' conditions).
The shipping and handling costs were stated on the 'shopping cart' and are valid for most orders. However, for some countries and some items additional shipping costs may be charged. If so, we will always inform you upfront.

4. Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, or in case of damage, you may return the items within 8 days after you received them. Always inform us within 8 days after you received your order.
You may choose either for replacement (without additional shipping costs) or a complete refund (shipping costs will never be refunded). Please note that we only accept returned items if they are undamaged/unused and packed as received.

5. Prices

All prices are in EURO and include the Dutch 19% VAT. Please note that for all shipments outside EU, you are responsible for any local taxes. If you select the option 'excl vat' while placing your order, taxes will be deducted from the total price to pay. Prices may be subject to change at any time. We are not responsible for any errors in our prices. In case of a 'visible' error, we may demand you to pay the correct price, in which case you are free to cancel your order.
After you have placed your order, we will always confirm both your order and the price.

6. Privacy

To be able to process your order, we need your full name and address, your e-mail address and preferably a telephone number. This information will only be used to process your order and will never be given to any third party that is not involved in handling and shipping your order, unless legal authorities force us to do so.
We may use your address to send you a newsletter, at a maximum rate of 4 times per year. If you don't want to receive any mail from us, you can easily tell us by sending an e-mail.

7. Validity

These conditions are valid for all orders placed at www.floorball-shop.eu. This English version is based on our original Dutch Conditions. In case of any misunderstanding, the Dutch Conditions prevail. In case of any dispute, Dutch and EU law are applicable.
